The terms that will apply to using Motornomic OS, in draft form ahead of public launch.
By accessing the Motornomic OS site or signing up to the 30-day free trial you agree to these terms. Signed customer agreements supersede this draft.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity in your workshop account. Invite team members through the in-product roles system, not by sharing accounts.
Do not use Workshop to break the law, infringe third-party rights, send unsolicited marketing, or attempt to disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
Plans are billed monthly. The 30-day free trial does not require a card. Indicative pricing is published on the pricing page; final pricing depends on modules, locations and partner configuration.
You own your data. On cancellation we provide a structured export of customers, vehicles, jobs and documents. We retain backups for 30 days before secure deletion.
Workshop is provided on an as-is basis during the pre-launch period. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, except where law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
