How Motornomic Operations Limited handles personal data in Workshop and the wider Workspace, pre-launch.
Motornomic Operations Limited is a UK company building Motornomic OS, a garage management system. We are the data controller for personal data you submit through this site and the product.
Pre-launch we only collect details you give us directly: the contact form (name, email, business, audience, locations, current system, challenge, preferred contact), email and phone enquiries, and basic analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
To reply to enquiries, run product walkthroughs, manage your 30-day free trial, and improve Workshop. Lawful bases: legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and contract (delivering the trial).
Submissions are stored in our internal systems and processed by sub-processors (hosting, email, payments). We do not sell personal data and never will. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email hello@motornomic.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Trial and customer data follows the Workshop terms of service.
